Risun Engineering Group Co., Ltd. has the qualifications of general contracting of electric power engineering, specialized contracting of power transmission and transformation engineering, general contracting of municipal engineering, general contracting of electromechanical engineering, and labor subcontracting; as well as Class-III license for installation, repair and test of electric power facilities; and can be engaged in power generation, transmission, transformation, distribution and consumption projects of 220kV and below, including new energy power generation, power transmission and transformation projects, comprehensive energy services, distribution and electrical systems and other electromechanical installation projects.

Power transmission and transformation engineering
The power transmission and transformation engineering is composed of transmission lines, main transformers, electrical devices and measurement and control systems. It is an important part of the backbone power grid and an important process of power transmission. It is divided into power transmission engineering and power transformation engineering, and both of them are components of the backbone power grid, and are used to transform voltage, exchange power, collect and distribute electric energy.
The power transmission and transformation engineering involves large investment, complex technology and high professional requirements. Most engineering is built in the open air, and the construction conditions are hard. Risun Group has good performance in the projects of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Power Grid, China Southern Power Grid, new energy collecting lines and booster stations, and power transmission outside the power plant, and has a certain EPC advantage in projects of integrated substations, new prefabricated substation cabins and overseas power transmission and transformation engineering.

Power supply and consumption engineering
The power supply and consumption engineering usually includes external distribution network engineering and internal power receiving engineering (some only have internal power receiving engineering). The external distribution network engineering refers to the power supply engineering with all levels of voltages above (including the current level) the facilities (excluding the power transformation facilities) with the customer receiving voltage; the external distribution network engineering shall be entrusted by the customer with the power supply enterprise to be responsible for the design, equipment procurement and construction, and the customer shall be responsible for the qualification review and project acceptance.
The internal power receiving engineering refers to the customer's power receiving facilities and internal power supply engineering at all levels of voltage. The customers of internal power receiving engineering can entrust the power supply enterprise to be responsible for design and construction, or independently select the unit with design qualification and the unit with construction qualification, and the power supply enterprises shall review their design and construction qualifications.

Installation/repair/test
Installation refers to the installation and construction of power engineering, including or excluding the procurement of main equipment, generally including the procurement of non-main materials.
Repair refers to the operation and maintenance of power facilities, including: operation and maintenance of power consumption information acquisition system, operation and maintenance of marketing and distribution penetration system, power consumption information and data cleaning, installation and commissioning of power consumption acquisition facilities and other projects.
Test refers to the withstand voltage test, performance debugging or safety assessment that needs to be carried out after a certain period of power operation.
The installation (repair and test) is only limited to the scope of electric power projects, and is managed and licensed by the State Electricity Regulatory Commission.
